The foothills behind San Juan Del Sur is the perfect place to go on canopy tours.  Choose among several cable lines and zip your way over the forest canopy.  The longest line is measured at 350 meters.  Is this safe?  Yes it is!  In fact children as young as 7 years old can enjoy a different perspective of the forest.

Discover Nicaragua’s past and travel through time to get a glimpse of its history.  The National Museum of Nicaragua is one important destination as it houses Nicaragua’s History (even before Columbus discovered it).  It also houses a pre-historic giant called Mastodon found in the city of Rivas.  Visiting this museum is like stepping back into time and tracing Nicaragua’s History.
